Job Responsibilities

As a Messaging Services Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by selling messaging services such as SMC, WhatsApp, MMS, and RCS to businesses. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and close deals. You will also be responsible for staying up to date on industry trends and developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities. The responsibilities for this position would be and not limited to:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and prospects through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote messaging services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements

  • B. Tech/ MBA (in Sales & Marketing) / Post-graduate / Graduate can apply.
  • 5-7 years plus in similar area of work with any Telecom operator, Telemarketer, or reseller.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong understanding of messaging services and their application in various industries.
